moonlettuce; hope the day brings you all you ever wanted and more (which are the titles of two of my favourite Joan Aiken books) ::hugs::
The meal last night was lovely; lots of giggling as you'd expect when you think that we've known one of the couples for 14 years, the other for seven, and although the entrees were a little too fancy (black sticky rice is fine if you eat it with your eyes closed, but it looks wrong) the potato soup to start with and my chocolate, espresso and orange cheesecake (half a portion!) was divine. Yes; I manged three courses. Go me.
I've spent hours writing Secretary today and feel totally drained. God, angst is hard to do! Between Sec and AtS: No Limits, I'm just not going to be able to write much else for the forseeable future (apart from the Giles essay and the End of Days fic because they're committments not personal fics).
Don't forget me. I'm still here.
And whee, Revenge of the Killer Librarian got runner up in one of the Sunnydale Awards. Thank you to the nominator and judges, and congratulations to all the other winners; saw lots of familiar names and favourite fics.
