How do y'all do it?

I'm typing this listening to the OMWF soundtrack and I just can't do it. I can't write and listen at the same time. My fingers are tapping to the beat and it's distrac&**ing me.
Yet all of you have music listed in your headings...can you rub your tums and pat your heads with your left hand too? ::feels inadequate::

Oh, God, Giles singing!! Have to stop and listen.
