... or possibly realistic about my limitations.

I have been assigned a project (yes! I want help with my homework! ;-)) as part of my volunteering at the local library. The labels on the shelves saying stuff like '560 to 573' are hopelessly inaccurate, as the collection has changed over time, and they need new ones printing off and sticking up.

I have a hand-written list of all the new numbers and I want to do a list in Word, about three labels to a page, going right across a standard A4 sheet, in a clear font, as big a point as I can get (do any go above 72?), and with a border around them.

I tried text boxes and ran into some problems...

Is there anyone who would be able to give me some advice on the zippiest, easiest way to do this?

I was thinking just go ahead and type them all out, one to a line, select all and blow it up big and then somehow just insert a border around each paragraph (if I spaced them, would it assume each line was a paragraph?)

Tell me I have a space where my brain should be if you like, but any suggestions gratefully received before I start, as I'm darn sure there's a good way and a bad way and I know which one I'll gravitate to if left alone...

ETA; thanks so much to all the people who offered help and suggestions and to [livejournal.com profile] phendog for ahem, doing the boxes for me.

I have the best friends list ever. You always help me when I'm stuck ::hugs::

And Happy Birthday to [livejournal.com profile] mrsdrake! Hope it's a lovely day for you today ::many hugs::
