Some friends are about to turn up with their old treadmill for us. I would like to do some exercise and maybe with music, or it in front of the television in the basement I might actually be motivated to leave the computer and get my heartbeat up a bit.
Smut does that too, but maybe that's not quite the same thing ;-)
