I feel all muzzy after going upstairs for a brief nap, interrupted by Lauren yelling my name, the cats scratching frantically at the door and a phone call from a charity wanting used clothing donations.
Well, that was a restful three minutes sleep.
And it's forecast wet snow at the weekend. Wet. Snow. It was in the high seventies this week. I have daffodils and hyacinths out. It is not allowed to snow on them. Not.
Coffee. Need coffee.
And I'm still getting over the news that Fox are apparantly living up to their reputation as complete gits and not showing episode 6 (maybe not episode 5 either?) of Tru Calling. Cancel it, then promise to show the unaired episodes, and then stop just before the end of them? What the fuck is this? A ploy to increase sales of a DVD? Can they really think people would buy part of a season anyway?
I'm soothing myself by watching the trailer for The Magic Roundabout movie.
Ian McKellen, Tom Baker, Jim Broadbent, Joanna Lumley, Kylie Minogue, Bill Nighy, Richard O'Brien, Robbie Williams, Ray Winstone. It doesn't get any cooler than that. Well, I don't know who Winstone is, and Kylie as Florence is a bit of a jaw-dropper, but still...
When is it out though? David brought back a Thornton's Magic Roundabout selection box from England and the site says Feb 11 was the release date, but there's obviously been a delay over here; is it out in the UK?
