Seduced by the promised slashy goodness and all I d/l a bittorrent of Boom Town and it took just 4 hours, which was nice and fast.
Won't play. I get a blare of music that lasts for about three seconds and then the whole thing stops. Tried it in several different set ups (Real Player, Quick Time, etc) and they all crash.
Grr. I can delete and try again I suppose...
ETA Thanks for all the suggestions. They all failed - which is good because it's convinced me that it's the fault of the file and the new d/l is incredibly fast; about 90 mins, so nothing lost, and I now have some handy tools and players I didn't have before.
