I was reading a fic last week with lots of this sort of sentence construction:
'It was weird, and that? Bothered him.' 'The woman ahead of me? Was seriously hot.'
It's something that if it's overused really starts to grate on me after a while, although I've found myself doing it now and then myself, being suggestible and all.
