I couldn't sleep and as I had to get up at seven, got up at six after being awake since 4.30. Expect fatigue-babble. I'm off to Ikea/Indigo with the kids and friends today and we're making an early start.

ETA2 as I'm out the door; SG-1 fans out there; rec me up some juicy, quality Jack/Daniel fic? ::looks hopeful:: New fandom; masses of fics; feeling lost.
And I had a 'doh!' moment in the middle of the night (really didn't get any sleep) when I cottoned on to why a theme in all the fics is that their relationship has to be kept secret. I was thinking it was for all sorts of reasons and then it dawned on me that the US Air Force doesn't look kindly on its officers being gay, right?
I've read too much slash. That literally took me two or three days to grasp as I got more and more puzzled about the multitude of sneaking away to fuck silently fics. ::rolls eyes at my density::
