A trio of birthdays!
beccaelizabeth,
kataclysmic and
semby all celebrate today and I wish you all many happy returns and much in the way of cake and presents.::hugs you all::
After three days my SGA S1 has downloaded and wow, so clear! Worth the wait. Looking forward to watching it. I got to watch three SG-1 episodes yesterday... one from S1 (Hathor), one from S5 (2001) and one from S8 (Zero Hour). I'm kicking myself because it's on TV all over the place and I hadn't realised I get some of the channels so I've been missing S8. SGA, sadly, is only available on the Movie network which is an extra $22 per month. No can do.
It's gone so cold. This is August! Isn't that supposed to be the hottest month? I'm sitting here with a cardigan on.
It's also time to contemplate Back to School shopping. During the course of the holidays Lauren has found E's supplies and scattered them to the four winds. I found a sad and lonely protractor on the basement floor; heaven knows where the pens, pencils, glue, calculator, paper, ruler etc, etc, etc that we spent a fortune on last year have gone but it's not looking good that we can salvage much. I sheepishly admit that I go a little nuts in stationary shops; something so enticing about new felt tips and they're all so shiny these days!
