I treated myself to Thomasina Gibbs's 'Stargate SG-1 The Illustrated Companion S 7 and 8'. Not as good value as the comparable Buffy/Angel ones; way less of it, but fun. Beside the review of S7's 'Evolution Part 2' there's a picture of a disheveled, beat-up Daniel standing between Jack and the guy who helped Jack rescue him, with Jack and the guy shaking hands.
It's captioned: 'O'Neill buys Daniel for a handful of rice and a packet of chocolate buttons.'
Danielis Jack's sex-slave belongs to Jack.
