It's freezing here, icy wind, skittering of snow and I'm about to head out and Do Stuff.
It just occurred to me that in three weeks today it's Boxing Day, it'll all be over, and a sense of futility hit me.
I'm hosting a cookie exchange two weeks today, house guests (David's parents) arrive a week on Friday... okay, no time for futility! Lots to do....
And I just got a gorgeous Christmas card frommahaliem! Thank you so much; love the tree; very clever :;cuddles you:: I feel the Christmas spirit returning in full force.
