I'm typing in a chaos of noise. Yesterday nothing got done on the floor; the men arrived, began, discovered a special sort of nail gun was needed, and spent all day trying to hunt one down.
Very, very frustrating for me, them, and has meant much rearranging as other people were supposed to come today to put the baseboards and trim back, re-plumb in the dishwasher, etc.
Oh, well. They have it now and promise it'll be done by four.
Ow. Bang. Ow. It's all happening about four feet away from me...
