Just picked mine up and examined them on the way home as the red lights allowed.
Glad to have the boys in my hot and sweaty paws but...
Issues. With the packaging.
I like (and am spoiled by) the way Firefly and SG-1/SGA do it; a solid outer box filled with individual, preferably slim-line, jewel cases; attractive, durable.
The Supernatural one has a flimsier outercase with a fold in flap; why? You're never going to open it to get the inner bit out that way and it's just something to rip over time.
Inside that is a fold-out holder, like Buffy/Angel used to be; they're a pain. The discs slide and you need a large surface to unfold them. Even worse, the discs are stacked in twos and it's going to be tricky to get the bottom one out without removing the top one or doing a lot of scraping/sliding.
It looks sort of cheap to be honest.
Worse, though, is the content. Really am spoiled by SG-1 which in later seasons usually gives commentary on every single episode; this has 22 episodes and two commentaries.

Pilot and Phantom Traveler, plus a gag reel, couple of features; nothing special.
Okay, colour me disappointed. I like the commentaries.
