Is anyone else getting lots of spam? Different names, but it's about 5 emails all saying 'see attachment' with headers like 'thanks you', 'your details' and then a 100 KB one with an attachment. Over and over...like I'm going to open it? Heh. had about thirty and they keep coming...
My day; began at 7.00 as I had an appointment for a CT scan at 8.15. It was over and done with in three minutes and wasn't scary at all as they just did my head and I was never enclosed. Big relief, especially as I'd read a disclaimer form in the waiting room about the ones with the dye injected which freaked me as the side effects listed included skin sloughing off and IV's in my hand squick me beyond words. (I had a D and C under local, not general anesthetic, to avoid an IV once, when agonising cramps 6 weks after L was born turned out to be a left over bit of placenta. The joy...).
Then it was off to the African Lion safari for a family trip. I'm sunburned on my parting, it was very, very hot, but we had fun. Apart from me going into spasms of rage when the people in front of us on the tour decided that, 'keep windows up and don't feed the animals' actually meant, 'roll them down and feed a giraffe something bright orange for five minutes'. I was chanting, 'vomit inside their car' under my breath...
Anyway, I've eaten, had a bath, am about to have a drink and am back to normal. Whatever that is for me.
