Wishing the happiest of days to the wonderful, talented, witty
zortified! Hope it brings you much happiness and kicks off a great year in every way :;much love and hugs::
I'm sitting in a cloud of orange; the men came (different ones; I'm losing count) and moved the freezer back in and the table, then proceeded to start cleaning. They didn't steam clean the carpets but they said that could be done.... and Macallan has just leapt up on the polished table and skated across it and fallen off.
Oh, dear.
They polished and swept and were very earnest about it, bless them. Then they offered to hoover the square of carpet where the fridge had been standing and I shooed them out because it was getting silly.
Almost there.
And David gets home tonight! ::happy dance:: He's been away since a week last Tuesday; nearly 11 days. He called from portsmouth last night and said he'd bought the girls some comics (England does way more of them than Canada) and Lauren's was called, wait for it, 'For Girls Who Like Pink' (presumably the colour, not the singer)
::blinks::
He swears that's the name of it. In my day, they had girls' names; Jackie, Mandy, Bunty, Jinty...
Okay, those last two are sort of strange names, but they're better than 'Girls Who Like Pink' ::rolls eyes:;
I chose this icon at random, closing my eyes and whizzing up and down the icon box and then hitting one.
I'm in a Friday mood :-)
