So just as I'm nicely settled into my routine of watching and recording The Sentinel at 4.00 every afternoon on Space, commercials neatly, even seamlessly edited out, they go and change it.
I just got comfy on the couch and Alias came on. Panicked, spluttering, I grabbed the remote (not the VCR one, already clutched, poised and ready in my hand) but the other one, and called up the TV Guide. No Sentinel. We're only half way through S2! Then I found it; at one in the morning tomorrow. I haven't missed one at one o'clock this morning, thankfully but devoted though I am, there's no way I can stay up that late so I'll have to tape on timer with the commercials in... and I won't get to see them nice and clear as the video is nowhere near the quality of the TV.
