Now I'm all aggravated. TV Guide doesn't have Angel/Spike on it in Canada ::pout::
Angel season 2 has two commentaries; two out of 22 episodes. Wow. Not. And the one I watched, about the hotel in the '50's was mostly on and on about camera angles. Interesting but...would it kill'em to have more commentaries? The features aren't bad but I'm getting to expect more from DVD's; Buffy S4 had 7 if I remember rightly. The actors couldn't do one? They got Seth back for heaven's sake and I'm always hearing how funny Andy Hallett and Alexis are.
And Manchild was funny last night but it was episode 5/7 in S2. And naked ASH was episode 4. Not that I'm watching it just for...oh, I don't need to pretend here, do I? Was funny though. Hopefully it'll be on repeat and they have Fawlty Towers on tomorrow which'll be worth the price in itself.
And I got negative feedback on a fic I did last month. Not nasty, I'm not moaning about it, she was perfectly polite, possibly justified, but negative and anonymous so I can't explain or try to help with the problems she has with the fic ::sigh::
::deep breath:: These pinpricks are assuming stab wound proportions because I'm sitting in a totally empty house. Yes, my baby, my two year old started preschool ::sniffle:: Three mornings a week. OK, I rushed in, slapped on the OMWF soundtrack full blast and went into a whirlwind of cleaning, happily chirping along...but then the post arrived with the TV Guide and it all turned to ashes ::bawl::
Got to focus. My parents called to say they're flying over from England, arriving Sunday for three weeks (they've been trying to get a flight all summer but way too expensive). This means I'm not going to have much writing time, for a very nice reason of course. but I do have a challenge fic to do so I'd best shut up moaning and get writing ::grin::
