My Wesficathon fic is being so...so, bloodyminded. I haven't seen many people moaning about this challenge as we all seemed to be doing for the BoD one. Maybe it's just me. I had a cute idea and thought yippee. Started to write, got to 2000+ and realised I'd wandered away and had no belief in what I was writing. Deep breathed it and deleted 1000 words, pruning back to where it all went wrong. Got me an epiphany and went racing off. And now? It's gone and bloody well done it again. They won't behave! Why won't they? I know why. Because I can't make up my mind whether to smut them or not. It was left up to me and I can't decide :-( Normally, yes, pour it on...but these two? I dunno. Friendship might be better. It's also influenced by the fact that I just watched Coupling (UK version; is there a US one? Anyway, very funny) followed by Fawlty Towers so I went positively sitcom with the humour. Was it supposed to be funny when I started it? I don't _think_ so, dammit!

It's not making me happy :;bangs head:: It's only two more full days days and that includes getting it beta'd. It's not going to be any good.
