If you all knew how often I say with the utmost confidence; 'Oh, I'll ask my f-list; one of them is sure to know' :-)
Anyway, I'm asking again. First, webcams. We've had one for years and use it so that the grandparents in the UK can hook up with us and get to see the children. We've been using Softphone, but bloody BT have started charging for it so Mum and I went back to Yahoo, only to find that we couldn't get any sound.
Any recs for good, free, webcam programs?
Cellphones; still getting used to mine and using a fraction of the bells and whistles but it occurred to me that it's be fun to have a Sentinel ring tone; can you do your own? I have the theme song online; can I use a bit of it and download to my phone? Is it easy? Totally clueless here. It's a Nokia.
ETA Tornado warnings and severe T-storm; turning off the computer for a bit.
ETA2 Back but eh, getting stuck on the phone thing; it wants a memory card and I don't think one came with it and it's too complicated; the phone makes me break out into a cold sweat; the iPod is cool; the phone is scary.
