It's been scorching hot all day, 90F/34C or thereabouts. Clouded over an hour ago and a thunderstorm came.
With hail. Ten minutes of hailstones like marbles pelting down and it's plummeted to 12C.
How can it hail? In the middle of summer? Weather is weird. I'm flashing back to the storm in the Anne book...
And the garden is flooded and battered but hopefully it'll perk back up.
