In a way, yes, it's had one hell of a run, with some ups and serious downs (will never forgive them for remaking Cloudy and RUINING IT), but it's a show I've watched since the pilot and it's one I got Eleanor hooked on a few summers back. We mainlined it and now we watch it together, singing the theme tune and shrieking madly when things happen (like the character who showed up in the musical. You know who I mean).
It was a clever, sometimes self-indulgent, often quite biting comedy and I'll miss it.
There's a great clip from Shawn and Gus (well, the actors) saying goodbye at the end of the article.
